We have grown to $70 million in tax liens under management and have originated $210+ million in 15 states and 128 municipalities. Our real estate portfolio is as diverse as our tax lien portfolio. We started by purchasing real estate in the Chicago area and have expanded throughout the midwest and southeast. Our experience in the industry has led us to start a lending company. We have found that real estate investors are in need of short term funding needs on a subordinate basis. We fund short term lending needs to qualified third parties and on an inter-company basis.
